MyCare Crisis Response Network


Our MyCare Crisis Response Team collaborates with community partners responses to provide real-time behavioral health support via MyCare tablets to individuals experiencing a mental health and substance use crisis.

Who Can We Help?


  • Anyone in Butler, Coffee, Covington, or Crenshaw counties facing a mental health crisis.
  • We help people of all ages and diagnoses.
  • You do not need to be a current client to get help.
  • Our services are available regardless of your ability to pay.

Advisory Committee Overview

The Advisory Committee is dedicated to developing a streamlined, collaborative, and efficient crisis response system. Comprised of community partners and key stakeholders, the committee works together to improve crisis services in our area.

Our Crisis Services


Helpline

The Helpline provides 24/7 emergency and crisis support, including weekends and holidays. To contact the helpline, call Toll-Free: 877-530-0002 or Local: 334-222-7794.

Psychiatric Urgent Care

Urgent Care offers facility-based, walk-in crisis services to provide short-term psychiatric evaluation and intervention. The goal is to prevent hospitalization, incarceration, or out-of-community treatment. 

MyCare Crisis Response Network

Our MyCare Crisis Response Team collaborates with community partners responses to provide real-time behavioral health support via MyCare tablets to individuals experiencing a mental health and substance use crisis.

Mobile Crisis Response Team

Our Mobile Crisis Response Team provides on-site intervention for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, whether at home, in public, or elsewhere. This service ensures immediate, compassionate intervention to help individuals regain stability and access the care they need.
